2. To earn a raffle coupon, the following purchase requirement shall be met:
3. Once the purchase requirement is met, raffle coupon/s will be automatically printed out with the details of the SJ Greencard member including his/her name, address, and mobile number.
4. A member may only win once in the minor raffle draws, but will still have a chance to win in the grand draw.
5. The winner will be notified by St. Joseph Drug personnel through the mobile number provided and will be given specific instructions in claiming his/her prize. It is therefore important that the member double checks if his/her mobile number is updated.
6. Winner will be given 60 days to claim his/her prize. In case he/she fails to do so, he/she will forfeit his/her prize in favor of another winner.
7. Upon claiming of prize, winner must present a valid ID and his/her SJ Greencard.
