|2.||Prices and Products|
|2.1||The prices of products are generally the same for both our online store and physical stores. There are, however, special promos or discounts that may be exclusive to either the online store or the physical stores, thus, a price difference for certain products at a given period of time or promo duration may occur.
|2.2||The prices of the products are subject to change without prior notice.
|2.3||All product prices indicated in our website are expressed in Philippine Peso (PHP), inclusive of 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) and other applicable charges, but exclusive of the delivery fee.
|2.4||The prices charged are the ones applicable at the time the order was placed.
|2.5||All orders placed are subject to confirmation of product availability. In the event that we are unable to fulfill or complete your ordered products, we will notify you via call or SMS.
|2.6||Products/ items being sold through our website are of standard quality. We do not warrant that such items will meet your personal/ individual preferences. It is your responsibility to choose what fits your qualifications and/ or requirements.
|3.||Online Placement of Order|
|3.1||You shall be required to register as a user before you are allowed to place an order in this website.
|3.2||Upon placement of order, you will need to provide all the requested information for the order transaction to be processed and completed. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that the information provided in the order/ checkout page are true and correct in all respects.
|3.3||For prescription medicines, you will need to upload the corresponding e-prescription file (scanned/ camera shot of the doctor’s prescription slip) before you are allowed to add the medicine/ drug to cart.
Upon pick-up or delivery of your order, please be ready to present your original copy of the doctor’s prescription slip for necessary updating.
|3.4||You can still modify your order – correct errors or change the delivery address, before checkout. However, you may still request for the modification of the order after checkout but until 12:00pm only, upon placement of order. Please call us at 0917-565-3700 or 0998-530-3700 and our Online Store Admin will perform the requested modification.
|3.5||Cancellation of order must be made prior to shipment of the order but until 12:00pm only. To request for order cancellation, please call our Online Store Admin at 0917-565-3700 or 0998-530-3700. A notification via call/ SMS will be sent to you once your request is approved.
|We, however, reserve the right to initiate the cancellation of your order for the following reasons and we shall not be liable to you or to any person under these circumstances:|
|a)||If, after evaluation, the transaction is noted to be potentially fraudulent;|
|b)||If (for store pick-up) you failed to claim your order within the 3-day claiming period; and|
|c)||If, for any other reasons, the order transaction cannot be completed and/ or delivered.
|3.6||There is no required minimum order/ purchase amount.
|3.7||Upon our receipt of your order, an order confirmation, showing the summary of your order, will be sent to you via email, or just go to “My Account” and click “Orders” to display the order status.
|3.8||SJ Green Card (SJGC) members can also earn points for their online purchases of products from St. Joseph Drug. However, delivery fee and other fees/ charges are excluded from earning SJGC points.
|4.||Shipping and Delivery|
|4.1||We will initially deliver orders in Dagupan City (except in island barangays).
|4.2||There are two (2) ways in which you can receive your order:|
|a)||via Home Delivery|
|b)||via Store Pick-up in our St. Joseph Drug Perez Blvd., Dagupan City branch|
|4.3||We charge the following delivery fee:|
|4.4||We will deliver your order within the following schedule:|
|a)||For Home Delivery|
|b)||For Store Pick-up|
|You may expect your order to be ready within two (2) hours to a day (depending on the availability of ordered item) upon placement of order. You will be notified via call/ SMS once your order is ready for pick-up. We encourage you to claim your order within 3 days (during store hours from 7:00am to7:00pm) upon receipt of advice that your order is ready for pick-up, otherwise, such shall be deemed as cancelled.
|4.5||We will deliver your order from Monday to Sunday (including holidays) from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
|4.6||We shall not be held in default for any delay in delivery of ordered items or non-delivery thereof due to fortuitous events and other events beyond our control. In this regard, we shall not be liable to you for any damages or losses arising out of the said delay or non-delivery.
|4.7||There are two (2) ways wherein you can track your order:|
|a)||For every change in the order status, an email will be sent to you.|
|b)||You can also check your order status by signing-in to your account. Just go to “My Account” and click “Orders” to display the order status.
|4.8||In case you are not home when your order arrives, you may have a representative receive and pay the package for you. However, if payment was made via bank transfer, your representative shall be required to present the following:|
|a)||Authorization Letter; and|
|b)||Your Valid ID (with picture and signature) and that of your representative.
|4.9||If nobody is available to receive your order, our Rider will bring your package back to St. Joseph Drug Perez Blvd., Dagupan City branch for pick-up within the 3-day claiming period or you can have it redelivered but with a corresponding redelivery fee.|
|4.10||We shall not be responsible for any incorrect, incomplete, damaged/ defective, expired or missing items noted after the delivery has been made and accepted by you. Your signature on the Acknowledgement Receipt (proof of delivery) signifies that you have received the products completely, correctly, and in good condition.
|5.1||We will initially accept the following modes of payment:|
|a)||Cash on Delivery (COD)|
|b)||Bank Transfer to our Metrobank, BDO, or BPI bank account|
|c)||Pay In Store for store pick-up transactions in our Perez Blvd., Dagupan City branch
|5.2||We reserve the right to change/ update the payment modes at any given time through announcement in our website.
|5.3||Failure on your part to make full payment based on the selected mode of payment shall entitle us to cancel the order or suspend the delivery of the products until full payment has been made.
|5.4||No extra charge will be collected; the amount indicated in the billing notification represents the total amount due (no hidden charges).
|6.||Item Return/ Exchange/ Refund|
|6.1||All products ordered from St. Joseph Drug are subject to quality checking by our designated personnel prior to delivery to/ pick-up by customers.|
|a)||Upon delivery to/ pick-up by customer:|
|✔ Please inspect your package in the presence of our Rider/ Pharmacy Assistant. Your signature on the Acknowledgement Receipt signifies that you have received the products completely, correctly, and in good condition (not damaged/ defective and/ or expiring/ expired).|
|✔ You may refuse to accept the product if such is incorrect, incomplete, or not in good condition. For home delivery, we will redeliver the replacement or additional item/ quantity free of delivery charge.|
|b)||After delivery to/ pick-up by customer:|
|✔ We will still accommodate request for item return/ exchange/ refund under the following conditions:|
|• Promptly returned within 7 days upon receipt of the product|
|• Duly supported by St. Joseph Drug official receipt|
We may require additional documents (e.g. photo of the affected product) to support your request.
|✔ The following items will be acceptable:|
|• items in good condition provided such are:|
|- not in a vial|
|- not loose tablets/ capsules|
The product must be in its original box/ packaging (unused) and complete with gift/ promo item (if any).
|• products with explicit manufacturing defect|
Damaged/ defective items due to customer’s mishandling or improper use will not be accepted.
|✔ Once your request is approved, we will redeliver the replacement or additional item/ quantity but with a corresponding redelivery fee (except for products with explicit manufacturing defect which we will redeliver free of delivery charge).|
|✔ Requests for refund will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to management’s approval.
|6.2||To request for item return/ exchange/ refund, perform any of the following:|

|c)||proceed to St. Joseph Drug Perez Blvd., Dagupan City branch.|
|Request for return/ exchange/ refund of items ordered via our Online Store will not be accepted in any other St. Joseph Drug branches.
|6.3||Requests for item return/ exchange/ refund will be processed within 2-3 working days upon receipt of the required supporting documents. You shall be notified via call/ SMS once the request has been approved.
|7.||Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability|
